An industrial/redhook/mad men take on a home office space. Insterad of common drop-in ceiling, ee opted to leave it all exposed and paint it flat black, less HVAC. Faux brick panels came out nice. This is an 800 sq.ft. basement finish done winter 2021/22 in a 2019 new construction home. LVP flooring, all sheet rock & trim work work, custom built-ins all around by SCCB. A great space to house an even greater family heirloom, The Rock & Roll collection & ‘shitshot’ cafe.
This living area was updated with new hardwood floors to replace the carpet. New, modern paint job all around as well. This living room/dining room is adjacent to a kitchen remodel by SCCB so some photos may be duplicates of that job.
Spanish tile install in this super cute entryway. A separate crew came in and replaced the doors & windows allowing SCCB to focus on leveling the floor, rehabing the built-ins and new paint all around.
We were approached by a former client to construct this long held dream of theirs. This commercial space went from ‘boring tax office’ to ‘holy smokes an art gallery’ real quick. Lots of walls removed, doors relocated, sheet rock and trim work on this one. Also an epoxy floor that really took it home. All work by Sean.
New Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring for this dentist office in Dover NH. We were able to replace over 1000 sq.ft. of flooring, and all new baseboards in less than 9 days to fit in with the busy schedule of the client.
I was brought in to a new construction home to install this heated tile floor. This mud room will also house a washer and dryer hence the lack of heating coil to the right. “The hexagon is the bestagon.”
